It seems like there’s just no end to actors Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh’s troubles. The duo, who is working for the first time together in Lootera, have been in the limelight, ever since they first met at an awards event held abroad last year, and rumours of their close affinity started doing the rounds. Soon, after that settled, now they are facing yet another issue. However, this time around, it has got nothing to do with their friendship. Rather, it’s their shooting schedule that’s giving them sleepless nights.
A source says, “The crew is shooting almost four hours away from Kolkata in the interiors of Bengal, hence they are having a tough time shooting for the film that’s running against time after their schedule had gone haywire recently due to bad weather. The crew is staying in Kolkata, as there is no place near the main location, which is in the interiors. So the cast and crew travel for a good four hours daily. To begin shooting in the morning, they need to leave as early as 3.30 am and only manage to get back post nine in the night, just about to eat, do some prep for the next day and then hit the sack for hopefully four hours.”
The locals are also excited as a film unit is in their neighbourhood. “The initial days of shooting had huge crowds pouring in from all corners of the fields. They had people helping from all departments to barricade vehicles, farmers, motorcycles, cyclists and general fans, so that they are not visible in the frame. It made it a difficult task for the crew,”adds the source.
