Filmmaker-actor-singer Farhan Akhtar’s birthday party, which was largely attended by the A-listers of Bollywood on Sunday night, came to a screeching halt when the cops came knocking at the door. Says a source, “Farhan bought in his birthday with the units of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Don 2.The party’s highlight was its music.

But around early morning, at 3.30 am, the cops came in and asked to turn off the music as loud music is not allowed beyond 1 am. The neighbours had complained about it to the cops.” When contacted, the Bandra police authorities acknowledged the incident. But that was not the only thing being talked about at the party.

Apparently actor Priyanka Chopra, who was too ill to perform at a police welfare event a day before, seemed to be having a good time at the party. Also the fact that the entire cast of Farhan’s film,Talaash (Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor-Rani Mukerji starrer) was missing from the party did not go unnoticed. Also not present was actor Salman Khan, whose birthday party Farhan attended at Panvel.
