“The cops barged in before Vivek’s act could begin, and asked the organisers to show their permission papers for the show. Several people in the audience as well were quite disappointed with this intervention, and left the show angry and violent,” says an eyewitness. The problem was over legal permission to play music, especially using high-end equipment. “The one who suffered the most was Vivek. He just didn’t know what to do. The entire drama was happening just minutes before his show was scheduled to start. But instead, he got dejected and made a quick exit from the venue,” the eyewitness continues.
