For Bollywood siren Bipasha Basu, being sexy is no taboo if one enjoys its spirit. “It is the spirit of being sexy that you have to enjoy,” said Bipasha, whose 2003 film 'Jism' catapulted her to fame. She was answering to a question referring to one of her earlier interviews where she said she would love to be a sexy grandmother when age caught up with her.
“I had then possibly referred to the very spirit (of being sexy). I always believe that you should age gracefully,” said the actress who was in the city to promote her upcoming film 'Players'. About her resolution for 2012, Bipasha said she had taken a vow to mouth harmless lies in 2011 but flunked on that score miserably.
“So my resolution for 2012 is to sometimes tell lies which don't harm anybody but help me get out of tricky situations. I hope can perfect that,” she said in a lighter vein. The 32-year-old actress, who starred in her first Bengali film 'Sab Choritro Kalponik' two years ago, said she would love to do another film with Rituparno Ghosh if approached. “I was happy the way my role shaped up in that 2009 film,” she said, about the character of a career woman living through the memory of her dead celebrity-poet husband.
