Sonam Kapoor is never scared of speaking her mind or being herself. The stylish actor recently raised eyeballs when she showed middle finger at a press conference of her upcoming film Players. Last month too, Sonam became the talk of the town when director Abbas Mustan released Player's first trailer.
The Kapoor girl can be seen raising her middle finger while parking a car. In fact, it was surprising for the Censor Board to pass the trailer without editing the scene. "I don't believe in censorship so whether they like it or not, I really don't care about it. I just want people to come and see my film. Showing a middle finger is a part of today's youth," Sonam had said in an interview.
"I think it is part of our language...it is part of your lingo. We abuse when we have a normal conversation with our friends. I don't believe anything should be censored it is crazy, especially when it comes to art, films...especially when you live in India where freedom of speech and expression is our basic right," she had added. Players releases on January 6. The style diva sure has learnt to get her timing right for raising a finger err... middle finger to stir a controversy.
