Model-actress Mahek Chahal, who is the latest to be evicted from 'Bigg Boss', has shot down allegations that she was favoured by the show's host, superstar Salman Khan. The 32-year-old, who has worked with Salman in films like 'Wanted' and 'Main Aurr Mrs Khanna', was accused by ex-contestant Pooja Bedi of being the actor's favorite. Mahek denied the claims saying if that would have been the case, she would have won the show.
“She (Pooja) is a very insecure person. That's why she has been spreading such lies. She is a woman of 40 and it surprises me that she indulges in such cheap publicity stunts. If I was really Mr Khan's (Salman) favorite I would have been the main lead in all his films. I should also have won the show,” said Mahek. “I have known him since the age of 18. I have worked with him in films. I also know Mr Dutt (Sanjay). That does not mean they will favour me,” she added.
Contrary to previous claims by other contestants that audience watch the edited version of the show, Mahek said that 'Bigg Boss' does not edit out the happenings in the house. She also said that fellow contestant Sky (Akashdeep Saigal) is the bad boy in the house.
“Bigg Boss does not show any edited version. It shows all what happens everyday but of course a shorter version of it. Sky is as bad a guy as he is shown on TV. May be even worse. He does not respect women. He can't tolerate if someone puts forward his or her opinion. He will scream, abuse and emotionally break that person. That is his tactic,” she said.
