Kareena Kapoor is too busy to allot dates to Milan Luthria for the sequel to Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai (OUATIM). With Bebo having promised to work in Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine, it seems quite unlikely that she will be able to give dates to Luthria any time in the near future.

To add to the filmmaker's misery, Akshay Kumar, the male lead, also has too many films such as Khiladi 786, Rowdy Rathore and Joker lined up. Luthria was too busy with the ambitious The Dirty Picture slated for release in December, therefore the delay.
