Zareen Khan who made her big Bollywood debut in Salman Khan starrer VEER was recently rushed to the hospital, a couple of weeks ago, after suffering acute stomach pain while shooting on the sets of Sajid Nadiadwala's HOUSEFULL 2.

While shooting at Filmistan for the multi-starrer directed by Sajid Khan, the actress was diagnosed with appendicitis and needed immediate medical care and was rushed to undergo surgery. Concerned over how they would manage to shoot given her absence Zareen was a little skeptical.

However the rest of the cast insisted on the surgery, were very accommodating and moved their dates around. Confirms director Sajid Khan, ''Zareen is an absolute delight to work with. When she told me about her operation, I requested a change in schedule to the other actors. They all obliged, as everybody is very fond of her.''
