Sushil Kumar, a computer operator and tutor from Bihar, has created television history.

He has become the first ever contestant to win the coveted jackpot of Rs 5 crores in Kaun Banega Crorepati's fifth season. The episode will be aired on November 2.

Kumar, who earns Rs 6,000 per month, will turn 28 in December. He got married five months ago. Mumbai's Harshvardhan Navathe was the first person to have won the then top prize -- Rs 1 crore -- in the first season of the show, back in 2000.
