Airport metro line hosts Shah Rukh's Ra.One promotional showThe high-speed Delhi Airport Metro Express Limited (DAMEL) is soon going to be the face of Delhi in Bollywood films, with the concessionaire Reliance Infrastructure permitting shooting at its stations. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan came to the Shivaji Stadium station of DAMEL on Wednesday to promote his upcoming film Ra.One. The actor also interacted with and felicitated Delhi's real-life heroes, including people who have shown exemplary courage in situations like bomb blasts.

“Ever since Reliance Metro Airport Express Line started in February this year, requests for shootings for movies and organising events have come aplenty. We are pleased that Shah Rukh Khan chose Reliance Metro Airport Express for the promotional campaign for Ra.One,” said Reliance Infrastructure president Anil Gupta.

“Film and event industries are finding Reliance Metro Airport Express Line an interesting option to promote their films, as it provides round-the-clock CISF security with modern security equipment and CCTV camera surveillance. Stations are fully air-conditioned with platform screen door adding to the comfort of shooting,” added a Reliance Infrastructure spokesperson. The swanky high-speed Reliance Metro Airport Express Line consists of six stations -- New Delhi, Shivaji Stadium, Dhaula Kuan, Delhi Aerocity, IGI Airport (T3 Terminal) and Dwarka Sec-21.
