For the third time People India Magazine awarded a Bollywood celebrity with the “Best Dressed” title. This year the crown went to sizzling Priyanka Chopra. Yesterday the cover was unveiled during the Mercedes Benz Best Dressed show in Mumbai. Priyanka claimed her most important accessory is confidence. Here is the magazine cover:
