Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan has opted not to promote his upcoming film Ra.One on popular TV reality show Bigg Boss. Even as Shah Rukh has been on a promotion spree for his magnum opus hopping from one reality show to another, he decided to give Bigg Boss a miss.

King Khan explained that he was "too tired" to do that so he chose to stay away from the most talked about show on the idiot box. "...No, I don't think so. Last weekend was crazy. I am too tired," he explained in reply to a question.

Surprisingly, Shah Rukh preferred to stay away from the Bigg Boss house despite his newly found friend-Sanjay Dutt hosting the show. "I will be going to Kaun Banega Crorepati, but not Bigg Boss. I don't have the time," he said.

Apparently, it was Salman Khan's connection with Bigg Boss that prevented Shah Rukh from using it as a platform to promote Ra.One. Salman, who had hosted the fourth season of the show, joined friend Sanjay on the opening show of the fifth season, which went on air last Sunday. Probably Shah Rukh has been taking extra precaution by avoiding Bigg Boss despite the fact that Salman has been away from the country to shoot for his upcoming movie Ek Tha Tiger in Dublin.
