Initially Kareena was planning to organize a birthday bash where she would celebrate her birthday and the success of Bodyguard all in one, but with Saif's father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi continued ill health she will not be celebrating it at all.

Nevertheless, we hear, the idea came from beau Saif Ali Khan who has been busy making trips to Delhi, is in no mood to celebrate anything at the moment. In fact, Kareena has been accompanying Saif on his visits to Delhi, and even managed to skip some of the promotions for her upcoming release, Ra.One.

Though the Pataudi family is extremely proud of Kareena’s supporting behaviour during a time like this, it’s a shame the actress never managed to show this much respect for her great-grand uncle Shammi Kapoor who recently passed away.

Reports suggested that while sister Karishma Kapoor attended a fashion show the next day, Kareena took the next flight out to London to celebrate Saif’s birthday. We say Kareena Kapoor is definitely making it loud and clear as to where her priorities lie!
