Katrina has flamboyant, ‘bindaas’ shades in MBKD—Rocky S Katrina’s ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ has been making headlines over the last few months for the actress’s rock chic look. In this much anticipated film, the actress will be seen donning the look of a cool and carefree rock chic. The actress, who leaves no stone unturned when it comes to her looks in her films, has apparently been styled by her friend and designer Rocky S for her rock chic look in ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’. The designer, who has been styling Katrina since the beginning of her career, revealed that he has always made sure that each time he tries to reinvent a new and unique look for the actress. Speaking about Katrina’s look in ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’, Rocky stated, “The director’s (Ali Abbas Zafar) brief was very simple — feminity as well as strength. She’s playing a vulnerable yet strong girl, who has flamboyant and ‘bindaas’ shades. It started off as a simple Delhi-ite look, but it progressed to a next-door-neighbour-meets-rock chic look.”

Her outfits in the film could well become a trend setter after the release, and the designer feels that he never expected Katrina’s rocker chic look could become such a rage.

“Everyone’s talking about how fresh and young Katrina’s looking. Some elements like her ripped pink jeans have become a rage. At that time, I had to think ahead while shopping for her, so it’s nice that if you visit a high-street store right now, you’d find bright green and red jeans,” stated the designer

Katrina and Imran performed a live gig Recently, the ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ lead stars Imran and Katrina performed a live gig as a part of the promotional activity for their forthcoming venture. Enjoying the fun of the live show, Katrina confessed that it was fun doing a live performance. “For me it’s more about having fun. I enjoyed performing live and am game for more. The audience would like to see you on screen once a connect is formed,” said the actress.
