Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma, lead actors of PK are busy promoting the film which has geared up for it's release on December 19. The advance bookings for the film has also started. The film which has got a good advantage of Christmas holiday weekend release will for sure make it big at the box office. Aamir Khan's earlier films like Dhoom 3 and Talaash also opened with advance bookings windows much before its release. This seems have worked well for the star. PK directed by Rajkumar Hirani is a much-awaited film of the year. The bookings have commenced in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune, but they are yet to open their windows in Bangalore and Chennai. While the bookings are pouring in for late evening shows, morning shows are also getting a good response. About casting Sushant Singh in the film director Hirani said,"We wanted a known face for it, but no one was able to give 15 days for it. We thought of casting a newcomer for this small role and went searching for one, but didn't find anyone." "My casting director asked me to see Sushant. We liked his audition and signed him. That's when he told me that he was also doing 'Kai Po Che'." PK also features Sanjay Dutt in pivotal role.
