Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj believes in authenticity. The maverick director doesn't shy away from going to the extreme limit, for making his characters look as real as possible. Each of his films have mirrored close to real characters. And even when it comes to music, the genius outshines his contemporaries. In his latest- 'Haider' - Kashmiri folk music will find space and the much needed attention. 'Haider', which is an adaptation of William Shakespear's 'Hamlet', set in the backdrop of the Valley, will certainly give an edge to the film, when presented with the local flavour. With veteran lyricist-cum-writer Gulzar on board, this film surely raises a lot of expectations.Earlier, reports even suggested that actresses Tabu and Shraddha Kapoor will be seen crooning for the film, and that too in Kashmiri. The film has an ensemble cast of Shahid Kapoor, Kay Kay Menon, besides Tabu and Shraddha Kapoor. It is slated to hit the theatres on October 2, 2014.
