A few days ago, news was that Saif Ali Khan and his business partner Dinesh Vijan who were handling Illuminati Films together have decided to go separate ways. In fact, Saif had apparently even claimed that he will be handling Illuminati Films solely and Dinesh Vijan will pay more attention towards his own production house Maddock Films. However, now denying it all, Saif Ali Khan recently said, "Me and Dinesh Vijan will co-own and continue to make films under our banner Illuminati Films. Our next release is Happy Ending in November. Dinesh is my brother and friend. We love working together and will continue to do so. We will do things separately too of course. But I always look forward to the next Illuminati film as it has always been special for me. With Finding Fanny, Dinesh releases his first film as a solo producer. I think he is absolutely phenomenal at his job and I know the film will be outstanding. I wish it and the whole team all the success at the box office tomorrow!"  Maddock Films will also be producing the Varun Dhawan, Huma Qureshi, Yaami Gautam starrer Badlapur.
