Once again actor Ranveer Singh is in news for his loud ways of charming and wooing women while over doing his boyishness. The recent actress to turn the chirpy lad down is, Sonakshi Sinha.

Sonakshi has in the past stated that the ‘Band Baja Baraat’ star was one of the hottest guys around but when it came to going on a date she turned him down in a polite way. Ranveer has recently expressed his desire to go on a date with the Dabangg’ girl to the media as reported by a daily.

But when the dusky beauty was quizzed about it, she blushed and said. ‘I’ll have a word with Ranveer and ask him not to say such things publicly!” Apparently when the daily informed Ranveer about Sonakashi turning down his proposal, he laughed and said, “Kya Sonakshi, tumne dil tod diya!"

He also added, "I`m very happy for her, she`s taken on a lot of work and I`m sure we`ll catch up one of these days." C`mon, Sonakshi, it`s just gonna be a `friendly` date (to start with, at least). Well, we must say Ranveer is not just a good flirt but good with his words too!
