Bollywood serial kisser Emraan Hashmi is heart broken and facing a tough time these days. The actor's four-year-old son Ayaan has been diagnosed with first-stage cancer on Monday, said sources. According to the sources, Emraan's son has been admitted at Hinduja hospital since Monday. Reportedly, Ayaan had been diagnosed with a tumour in his kidney that was found malignant. 

 

The boy is apparently preparing for a immediate surgery tomorrow which might follow with series of Chemotherapy sessions to eradicate the dreadful disease from the roots, said a source close to Emraan. "Emraan has postponed and rescheduled the dates of his film projects and will primarily concentrate on his son's speedy recovery," he told Daily Bhaskar. He further added that the Emraan is also taking second opinion. "If necessary Ayaan might also be flown to US for further treatment," the source informed.
