Well, speculation is high that Suzanne Khan’s extramarital affair is the reason behind Hrithik and Suzanne’s separation. Suzanne who ended her 17 years old relationship with Hrithik is said to be in love with a married Bollywood actor. The unknown actor does not want his name to come out in the open as he is already married. When the couple announced their broke-up, Arjun Rampal’s name had also come up and it is said that Arjun's close association with Suzanne drifted apart Hrithik and Suzanne but the news was denied by both Arjun and Suzanne. In a statement issued by Arjun, he said, "It is very sad when friends close to you take a decision to separate.

 

 

These are the hardest times for them and we must be sensitive towards this decision, rather than creating speculation and rumours. I read in the news, about the same time as you all, about my involvement in this marriage. It saddens me deeply that rumours become inevitable during celebrities going through such times. Mehr and I wish them only peace and love through these times, and support them as friends should, and we wish them and their families well, always." Suzanne too rubbish the rumor of the extra-marital affair and said that Arjun is a family friend and it is not correct to drag anyone’s name in matter. She said the decision is totally individual choices and no one is to be blamed. Arjun and his wife Mehr Jessia also attended Suzanne’s new store launch.

 

According to a leading entertainment website, Suzanne is definitely seeing someone from Bollywood but it is not Arjun Rampal. According to a source quoted by the portal, "There’s no truth to the rumour that Arjun and Mehr are distancing themselves from Sussanne. In fact, the three partied together in Dubai recently through the New Year season." A wife of a known Bollywood actor, on account of anonymity, reveals, “In fact, Mehr is extremely close to Sussanne and even supported her in her decision to go solo.” Sussanne, according to the star wife, is not seeing Arjun Rampal, but she did  "lean on a male shoulder in her troubled times." Perhaps, Arjun Rampal and the industry are very well aware of the married man whom Suzanne is dating. During Sussanne’s new store launch post-separation with Hrithik the lady said, "I still believe in love and have a feeling that happy things are in store for me in the future. With time, one has to move on in life.”
