Indian starlet Gauhar Khan won the seventh edition of reality show Bigg Boss on Saturday. Victory will entitle small time actress who was seen in “Game” and “Ishaqzaade” to take home prize money of five million rupees and a trophy. Gauahar hoped that triumph in the show will push her to super stardom. “I wish this platform helps me gain super stardom. There is a very different feeling when people start calling you a superstar. And that’s what I want,” Gauahar told media.
Final contest was between Gauhar and Tanisha, both of whom had their mothers at the venue to support them. Other finalists included actor Ajaz Khan and wrestler Sangram Singh. This is fourth time in a row that a woman has been declared as Big Boss winner, after Shweta Tiwari, Juhi Parmaar and Urvashi Dholakia won the 4th, 5th and sixth seasons respectively. Comedian VJ Andy, Sangram Singh and Ajaz Khan entertained the audience with their performance on the title track of Besharam.
