Javed Jaffrey, who was last seen in the satire War Chhod Na Yaar, has bagged yet another film but this time as a singer. The versatile actor who has experimented with varied genres from comedy to negative roles is a well known choreographer but rapping is something we haven't seen the actor doing often. For the upcoming Sunny Leone starrer Jackpot, Javed Jaffrey will be rapping a song which is a new quirky take on corruption titled Eggjacktly.
The lyrics of the song which go something like, 'Foreign scam, Coalgate, cricket ho ya tail, Big shot jhol karo and take the bail' aims at portraying corruption that exists in different sections of the Indian society. Coincidentally, Javed has been associated with that term 'Eggjacktly' since Salaam Namaste days and the makers are planning to cash on that popularity. Javed has also sung the superhit rap song 'Mum-Bhai' for Kaizad Gustad's last release Boom. Jackpot, directed by Kaizad Gustad, also stars veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah, Sachiin Joshi and is slated to release on December 13.
