Ever since the Sallu-Kat prem kahaani ended, the two have maintained they are still ‘good’ friends. The Dabangg dude even came out in support of his ex-girlfriend after leaked pictures from her Spanish holiday grabbed headlines. But we thinks there is more than what meets the eye. Salman Khan has never spoken openly about his ex-girlfriends. Be it Sangeeta Bijlani, Somy Ali or Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. No matter how bitterly his relationships ended, Sallu maintained a dignified silence once they were over. But with Katrina Kaif, things aren’t the same. The babe may still hold a special place in Khan-daan but we don’t know it’s the same with the Khan himself. We say ‘coz the bhai of Bollywood has been taking digs at his former flame and ignoring her too often.
A while back, at an award function, when Kat saw Salman’s vanity van parked, she went to greet him but apparently Mr Khan closed the door of his van to avoid meeting Ms Kaif. Recently, on Bigg Boss 7, the superstar asked Elli Avram to say few dialogues from her debut film Mickey Virus. As soon as Elli said, “Main tumhare liye kuch bhi karne ko tayyar hoon”, Sallu quickly snapped back, “Tumhara ye dialogue sunn kar mujhe 5 saal pehle ki Katrina yaad aagayi.” Now we know Sallu’s sense of humour is wacky but our guess is as good as yours about what he actually intended.
Maybe the actor is upset with Katrina ‘coz of a certain Ranbir Kapoor. Sallu was cordial to the Kapoor lad all along. He even made a guest appearance in their film Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. But who knew his own prem kahaani would turn so ghazab after that film, hai na? For once we understand why Salman is being so Katty!
