The Shuddh Desi Romance actor says when you are in love, everything seems great Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who will next be seen in Shuddh Desi Romance, says he never tried to hide his relationships. “I am very transparent about my relationships. I mean I will not hesitate to say that I am in a relationship,” Sushant told reporters Thursday at the launch of Gulabi song from his forthcoming romantic comedy Shuddh Desi Romance in Mumbai. The actor is dating Ankita Lokhande, his co-star from TV show Pavitra Rishta. Maneesh Sharma-directed Shuddh Desi Romance talks about various conflicts which come up in a relationship and Sushant said he has also experienced it. “Four years ago when I met Ankita, I had the same conflict…when you are with someone who you love, everything seems great. This process goes on,” he said.

Talking about the film, he said: “Here the emotions are very real. Everyone who falls in love has these thoughts. These things have never been told in such an honest way.” The actor describes Shuddh Desi Romance as a different love story. “In the last 20-25 years, all love stories have been shot outside India and everything is very perfect. The minute details are not shown. This movie talks about the conflict between love and commitment,” he said. The film also stars Parineeti Chopra and introduces Vaani Kapoor. It is set to release on September 6.
