The music of much awaited Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express has been unveiled. The event was quite amusing as expected it met the thesis of the film. The stars of the flick; Deepika and SRK were in a real witty mood and SRK even though his shoulder is injured, tried to groove a bit on the tracks. To make the atmosphere more like the film, people present at the event including media persons and director Rohit Shetty were given mundu and lungi to wear.Chennai Express will be releasing on August 8. The tunes of the film have been composed by the famous duo of Vishal and Shekhar. The entertainer is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Gauri Khan under the production banner Red Chillies Entertainment.

The film features Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. SRK will be seen in a different character in the movie and it would be good to see him enacting in some energetic shots like South films. Shah Rukh enjoyed the music launch pretty much and said, “It was quite an experience wearing a `lungi` and it was helpful because we were shooting in a hot place.”
