The ‘Aarakshan’ team is on a countrywide tour promoting their film alright. But it seems that Amitabh Bachchan, who plays a principled Principal and father to Deepika Padukone can’t escape mentioning his soon-to-be-mother daughter-in-law Aishwarya.

At the promo tour in Bangalore, even as Prakash Jha, Deepika and Big B answered questions about the film, and the latter about old Bangalore in particular, out popped this question: When is the lil one expected? Sporting a broad grin, the ever-graceful Bachchan Sr replied that his grandchild was expected in November (just like his bahu), and the media buzzed like busy-bees they usually are. He then continued to speak about ‘Aarakshan’, the reservation issue and of course, his teaming up with Ramgopal Varma in ‘Department’.
