British model-turned actress Amy Jackson, who had made her debut in Indian films with the Tamil period-drama 'Madrasapattinam' in 2010, is all set to make her mark in Telugu cinema when she would be cast of top actor Telugu actor Ram Charan Teja in the upcoming film, 'Yevadu'.  The pretty actress, who had once said that she had learnt about Bollywood by watching Indian actress Shilpa Shetty in the reality show 'Big Brother', held in the UK. According to a report in bangaloremirror.com the big-budget film directed by Vamsi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju, will have top actress Shruti Haasan as another female lead and will also feature Allu Arjun and Kajal Agarwal, Saikumar in other roles.

Amy Jackson could not have asked for a better debut in the Telugu film industry. In fact, the makers of the movie had kept her role a top secret. However, once Amy started shooting for the film, information about her debut got leaked. Dil Raju was keen on using Amy Jackson as the trump card of Yevadu. The British actress has been shooting for the movie for the last one week and is expected to wrap up her sequences by June 20. Jackson, who won the Miss Teen World competition in 2009 and the Miss Liverpool title in 2010, had made her Bollywood debut with 'Ekk Deewana Tha' in 2012.
