Bollywood star couple Sridevi and Boney Kapoor is all set to set up a team in the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL). Reportedly, the couple has purchased the Bangla Celebrity Cricket League franchise along with the Sahara group.

It is noteworthy that Salman Khan's younger brother Sohail Khan bought the Mumbai franchise and formed Mumbai Heroes. Apparently, this inspired Boney Kapoor and his wife. It is also rumoured that the star couple will take former Indian cricket captain Saurav Ganguly as mentor of their team. Discussions are on and a formal announcement is expected soon.
