The third installment of Dhoom franchise Dhoom 3 has stood up to its title. Well, the latest update about the same is that the film’s satellite rights have been sold to the TV channel, Sony Entertainment Television. If the reports are to be believed then Yash Raj Films signed this deal with Sony for a surprisingly amazing amount of Rs. 75 crores. While Yash Raj’s spokesperson didn’t confirm the same, "We wouldn't like to comment on any speculation."

The much-awaited film starring Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif is an action-thriller where Aamir Khan will be portraying a villainous character. Both the actors will be playing lead roles while Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will reprise their characters of Jai Dixit and Ali Khan respectively. The movie produced by Aditya Chopra has been shot largely in Chicago. The film is set to release by December 25 this year.
