Nargis Fakhri of ‘Rockstar’ fame has bagged another promising project. She has been signed opposite the ‘Student of the year’ actor Varun Dhawan.  in the film, titled, ‘Main Tera Hero’. Nargis who is currently shooting for John Abraham ‘Madras Café’ has not signed film for a long time since the release of ‘Rockstar’ as she has been waiting for some good movies to come her way.

The film will be directed by ace director David Dhawan. Breaking the news, a source said, “Yes, Nargis has been signed on for the film. In fact she has a very important role in the film. However, more details of her role are currently unavailable."The film will star three lead actors and apart from Nargis and Varun, ‘Main Tera Hero’ will also have the Barfi actress Ileana D’Cruz in the lead. Ileana has impressed all with her debut film and now she is going to woo her audience yet again with her new film. “Ileana and Nargis are playing key roles in the film ‘Main Tera Hero’,” Girish Johar, head of acquisition and distribution, Balaji Motion Pictures, told. “Details are being worked upon,” he added. The film will go on floor in June. Nargis has recently signed another movie opposite Akshay Kumar which is a ‘Shaukeen’ remake.
