Actress Niveda Thomas will share screen space with not one but two of the biggest actors down south in her next Kollywood outing. She will play Mohanlal's daughter and Vijay's sister in Jilla. "I've worked with Mohanlal a few years ago in Pranayam, but we hardly had any combination scenes. I'm looking forward to acting with him yet again," she beams, "I'm also happy to team up with Vijay. It's awesome to be cast in a prominent role in a film, in which the two superstars are coming together for the first time," says the Porali girl.

Talking about the importance of her role, she says, "Director Nesan has cast me in a role that has its fair share of prominence. I play a strongwilled girl who influences her brother in a positive way and brings about some good changes in his life."The actress is currently shooting for another Tamil film with Jai. "This one is a romantic comedy in a contemporary setting. I play Jaishree, an aspiring singer," she says.
