Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapoor who joined the Orion music band to give a live performance sometime back in Bandra, little did the crowd know that it was actually a scene for his upcoming flick Aashiqui 2. A source close to the team said, "We took the required permissions to shoot at the amphitheatre in Bandra and chose to hide our cameras to film the natural reaction of the audience present there. The concert shot is one of the important scenes in the film."

Although, Aditya knew about the hidden cameras but was a little anxious to sing in the public. The source added, "But in the end he managed to entertain the crowd. They loved his act and were cheering for him throughout the show. It never looked like it was his first time. The scenes came out really well." Director Mohit Suri said, "We shot at Bandstand and it was amazing to have a real crowd attend the event." Also, the Tum Hi Ho track from Ashiqui 2. The lady opposite Aditya is Shakti Kapoor's daughter Shraddha Kapoor. The movie is slated to release on April 26.
