The launch of housing project by Paarth Infrabuild Private Limited, which took place on Wednesday evening, was one grand event. The do, which was managed by Wizcraft, became more special with the presence of Bollywood star Padma Bhushan Sharmila Tagore. Although the event started much after the given time, the guests waited patiently for their favourite actress to arrive. "To get a glimpse of Sharmilaji, I can wait for any number of hours," said Gaurav Sadhwani, a fan of the veteran actress.

Ask Pradeep Misra, director Paarth, why Sharmila for the inaugural event, and pat comes the reply, "We believe in grace and Sharmilaji was an apt choice for the unveiling of the housing project as she is one of the most graceful ladies I have ever come across." He further added, "With the foresight to cater for the growing needs of residents and professionals based in north India, especially Uttar Pradesh, Paarth Infrabuild Private Limited has already committed projects worth 1,400 crores extending over a builtup area of 4 million sq ft and spread over 4 years within the Lucknow region."

The do kick-started with a Ganesh stuti performed by a dance troupe followed by the lighting of the lamp by chief guests Sharmila Tagore and politico Shivpal Singh Yadav. Sharmila was all praises for the sample flat of the housing project. "While coming from the airport to the venue, I saw banners of the upcoming housing project everywhere. It was a great sight. I am really happy to be a part of this grand launch," she said. After the formal inauguration, there was another surprise in store for the guests. Bollywood actress Hazel Keech of Bodyguard fame performed on famous item number Aa Ante, receiving a lot of catcalls and whistles from everyone. Another breathtaking act that took everyone by surprise was the fire act by Fire Angels, who performed dangerous stunts with fire.
