Chris Brown, Executive Vice President, Conventions & Business Operations for the National Association of Broadcasters, announced an award honouring Indian cinema and it was actor/director Dr. Kamal Haasan who received it on behalf of the Indian cinema industry, at the New York Festivals International Film & TV awards recently. 

Padma Shri Kamal Haasan was a part of the panel of the National Association of Broadcasters’ show that was held on April 9th. Kamal Haasan and the rest of the panel explored on the topic “International appeal of Bollywood cinema”.
