Chanting in unison "Shah Rukh! Shah Rukh!" and "Priyanka, Priyanka", hundreds of fans lined up at the Ambience Mall in south Delhi Monday evening to catch a glimpse of the two Bollywood top stars who arrived there to promote their much-awaited Don 2: The King is Back. The jostling fans
lined up on either side of the barricades on three floors of the mall, blocking nearly all escalators and other ways of manoeuvering in the shopping arcade. The duo were present along with director Farhan Akhtar, producer Ritesh Sidhwani and actor Kunal Kapoor.
"Delhi is my own city, it is the city where I was born and brought up! Aap logon ne hee mujhe Don banaa diya hai…toh ismein Dilli ka kusoor hai (You people have only made me Don, so you are to blame for it)," said Shah Rukh, who plays bad man Don in the movie.
Priyanka, who essays the role of Roma or Don's Junglee billi said it's "always a pleasure to come to Delhi". "I have family here. So I keep coming here on and off…but there's nothing compared to dilli ki sardi, so it's a lot of fun," said the actress, who looked a killer in a bottle green blazer with white skin-tight lowers. Don 2: The King Is Back is the sequel to 2006 film Don: The Chase Begins, which is a remake of Amitabh Bachchan-starrer 1978 film Don.
